Matrix Medical Billing works all claims and follows them through until they are paid. All claims that are denied will be called on. Any information that is needed to complete the processing of all claims will be requested and sent to the payer. If a claim is still denied, Matrix Medical Billing will exhaust all appeals measures determined by each payer.
Matrix only charges based on amounts that are paid, not what is billed out. So our goal is to get all claims processed and paid in a timely manner. All effort will be made in order to achieve this goal.
